These terms govern the use of the StudyVest website, free learning resources, member accounts and StudyVest Pro. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms.
Educational purpose
StudyVest provides general financial education, research tools and simulations. It does not provide personalised financial, legal or tax advice, trading signals, portfolio management or guaranteed returns.
Eligibility and accounts
Public educational content may be viewed without an account. Account registration and direct purchase of StudyVest Pro are currently limited to people who confirm that they are 18 or older. A parent or guardian may purchase an eligible gift plan for another person, subject to the platform’s privacy and account rules.
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and notify StudyVest promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Accounts may not be sold, shared commercially or used to provide paid access to others.
StudyVest Pro subscriptions
The monthly plan is R45 and the annual plan is R450 unless a different price is clearly displayed before checkout. Recurring plans renew through the payment provider until cancelled. The checkout page identifies the amount, billing interval and plan selected before payment.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless a refund or legal remedy applies, access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Gift access is activated when the code is redeemed and is not recurring.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack or another provider disclosed at checkout. StudyVest does not store full card details. Payment providers may process transaction and fraud-prevention information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Refunds and billing problems
The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Duplicate or unauthorised charges should be reported immediately through the contact page. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Certificates and progress records
StudyVest certificates show completion of educational activities. They are not academic degrees, professional licences, financial-services qualifications or guarantees of competence or employment.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, copy or resell member content, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape protected content at scale or use StudyVest for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
StudyVest grants users a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use the content for learning. Unless otherwise stated, written lessons, templates, design and software may not be republished, sold or distributed without permission. Third-party source material and media remain subject to their respective rights.
Availability and changes
StudyVest may correct, replace or remove content, tools and features. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Material changes to paid access will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Limitation
Calculators, examples and simulations are educational illustrations. Actual outcomes depend on personal circumstances, fees, taxes, inflation, market movements and other factors. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining qualified help where appropriate.
Suspension or termination
StudyVest may suspend an account for fraud, payment abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct or serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, the user will be given information about the reason and available next steps.

Billing, privacy and support enquiries can be submitted through the contact page or sent to hello@studyvest.site. These terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable in the Republic of South Africa.
