Clear audience, clear boundaries, clear escalation.
StudyVest Campus should be deployed as an educational programme with defined age, content, data and support boundaries.
18+ account pilots at launch
The current StudyVest account registration flow requires users to confirm that they are 18 or older. University pilots should therefore begin with adult cohorts unless a separate compliant process is designed and reviewed.
No personalised investment instructions
StudyVest teaches concepts, frameworks and simulations. It does not tell an individual student what to buy, sell or hold, and it does not manage student money.
No guaranteed outcomes
Career, salary and investment examples are educational illustrations. StudyVest should not promise employment, income, market performance or wealth outcomes.
Scam and harmful-promotion boundaries
Content should challenge urgency, secrecy, guaranteed returns and social-pressure tactics. Sponsored partners should not be able to purchase favourable investment conclusions.
Support and escalation
Programme communications should make clear where students can ask StudyVest questions and when they should instead use university support, a regulated financial professional, legal assistance or another qualified service.
Institutional review
Before launch, StudyVest and the institution should agree cohort eligibility, programme contacts, privacy notices, reporting fields, accessibility considerations and complaint/escalation routes.
