Use the minimum data needed to run the programme.
This page explains the intended institutional data approach for StudyVest Campus. It should be read together with the full Privacy Policy.
Current account model
StudyVest accounts currently store account details, subscription/access status and learning records needed to deliver member features. Direct account registration currently requires confirmation that the user is 18 or older.
Campus pilot data
A university pilot can be configured to report a small number of agreed measures such as account activation, selected lesson completion, assessment results and programme completion. The final fields should be agreed before onboarding.
Aggregate reporting
Where an institution only needs programme-level insight, StudyVest should report aggregate cohort measures rather than unnecessary student-level detail.
What StudyVest Campus is not designed to collect
The programme should not request online-banking passwords, one-time PINs, full card details, identity numbers, brokerage credentials or unnecessary sensitive financial records.
Career Money
Profession and career-stage selections are used to organise educational content. They should not be treated as a personalised investment-risk assessment or as a promise of future income.
Payments
Where StudyVest Pro is purchased directly, payment providers handle full card information. StudyVest stores the transaction and access records required for billing and support.
Institutional agreements
Before a live pilot, the university and StudyVest should agree the programme purpose, authorised contacts, data fields, retention approach, reporting format and any required legal or information-security terms.
